• Please use designated car park
  • We’ve arranged a car park on Grays Hall Meadow (known locally as ‘The Cow Field’) which can be accessed from Rectory Road. Follow signs on the main routes into Sible Hedingham and look out for the marshals.
  • There will be a sign-posted pedestrian access from the car park to the festival site that is only a couple of hundred metres away.
  • If the car park is full you will be directed to nearby over-spill parking.
  • Please do not park on the surrounding residential streets.
  • Only bands, stage crew and vendors will be able to access the site directly from Yeldham Road.
  • There is no on-site disabled parking, but it will be possible to drop-off near the main gate in Oxford Meadow. We ask that only people with disabilities use this option.

Do’s and Don’ts

  • Please bring Photo-ID – it will just make life easier for the gate staff, bar-staff, stewards, organisers and YOU.
  • The terms of our license prohibit alcohol bought on site to be taken away. Equally, for the same reason, we will ask you not to bring alcohol onto the site. You will be asked to leave it at the gate.
  • We will be running a strict ‘Challenge 25‘ policy, so please bring proof of age with you – an adult ticket or wrist band does not automatically mean you will be served at the bar.
  • If you have a ‘concession’ ticket, please bring evidence of entitlement as we will ask to see it on the gate.
  • Because the site is a sports ground most of the year, we will not allow glasses onto the site.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead while on the site, and we ask that if your dog fouls on the football pitch (excuse the pun) that you clear up afterwards.
  • Both these rules are for the safety of the footballers who have kindly agreed to us using their ground.
  • Please do not bring illegal drugs onto the site. We will ask people using drugs to leave, and will report to the Police anyone who appears to be dealing.
  • No barbecues or open fires are allowed on site.
  • We cannot allow unsupervised Under-13s to enter the site. Please bring suitable proof of age or a responsible adult.

Sorry to nag

Any rules we have in place for the site are there for good reason, and we ask you to respect them. Some of them are there for safety reasons, some to satisfy concerns of local residents so that we could be granted the license we need for the festival to go ahead.
