Acoustic Stage Acts announced

Heditude supporting acts announced

We are pleased to announce details of the acts for the Acoustic Stage at Heditude 2018

13:05 – Noah Barton

Noah Barton - Acoustic Stage at Heditude 2018

Noah Barton

Local talent Noah Barton (12) has been playing guitar for about five years and singing for the last three or four. Although he’s been singing for family and friends (and anyone else who’ll listen) he is brand new to the festival scene – the perfect way to kick off our acoustic stage performances.

14:35 – ‘Missie Lou’

Missie Lou at Heditude 2018

Missie Lou

Missie Lou has been singing ballads and country music for more than 10 years but has only recently moved to Castle Hedingham and become involved in the local music scene.

A veteran of the X-Factor and The Voice, she’s already making a mark on the ‘open mic’ circuit and playing smaller gigs and support slots. Heditude 2018 will be her Festival debut. Expect to hear some great country classics from a fiery redhead with a voice to match.

16:05 – Millie Kirkpatrick

Millie Kirkpatrick at Heditude 2018

Millie Kirkpatrick

17-year-old Millie has been playing guitar and singing since she was 10. Spotted at an open mic in Castle Hedingham’s ‘The Bell’, and invited to play at Heditude, Millie sings a mix of covers and original songs, delivered with assured confidence and passion developed over the last couple of years on the local festival scene.

17:35 – Flo

Flo at Heditude 2018

Flo

Flo, 14, from Lamarsh on the Essex/Suffolk border is a singer and budding songwriter. Brand new to performing in public and self-taught on the piano, Flo’s gem of a voice and a set list of ethereal covers will be the perfect match for the intimate acoustic stage.

19:05 -The Flaming Llamas

The Flaming Llamas at Heditude 2018

The Flaming Llamas

The Flaming Llamas have been regulars on the local festival and pub music scene for several years and are firm favourites whether appearing as a duo, trio or quartet. They have also helped many local performers find an audience with the open mic night they host at The Bell in Castle Hedingham.

Expect a set of standards and covers played with the style, skill and humour that only comes with experience. A great way to close off the acoustic stage programme.
